Paid plans can upload one or two portrait images that are stored under uploads/dble/refs and sent as Gemini inlineData.

Portrait files are validated, resized/compressed, queued as URLs/paths, and attached to image requests until safety fallbacks remove them.
Plan rules
Starter and Creator get include_portraits. Apprentice/free users attempting upload are blocked (403) and logged out in the main generator.
